Responsibility
1. Conduct 1-on-1 coaching sessions according to the schedule chosen by the Coachee
2. Make a report regarding the coaching session that has been conducted
3. Provide feedback on Coachee's CV and Individual Development Plan
4. Provide feedback on the program''s improvements regularly
Requirements
1. Has a background from a reputable university
2. Minimum 2 years experience in HR (specificallyrecruitment) form a well-known company
3. Has coachingor any relevant experience for a minimum of 1 year
4. A practitioner (coach) will be a plus
5. Have goodcommunication, motivation, and observation skills
6. Able to provide constructive feedback
7. Accustomed to using activelisteningskills
8. Willing to work on the weekends
