Human Resources Specialist Jobs

We are looking for skilled people in the HR & GA areas to join our growing team in Cikarang-Jababeka, Indonesia. This is a full-time and diverse position, workingwithin an inclusive team environment.The successful candidate will be working in modern facilities and equipment.

:

- Responsible for the recruitment process, psychological tests, and employee assessment/evaluation.

- Able to provide internal or external training.

- Responsible for attendance, overtime, BPJS, and other monthly payments.

- Responsible for all administrative work of HRD and GA (employee contract document, correspondence, employee database, KPI, warning letter, SP).

- Develop and supervise/control SOP procedures for all divisions.

- Maintain and care for company assets and take care of their documentation.

- Develop a working system and employee performance evaluation in a sustainable and consistent manner.

- Understand and master assessment, manpower law, and all BPJS/ JKN-KIS procedures.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in psychology, human resources, or related fields.

- At least 2 years of working experience in related fields. Higher experience will be hired for higher positions.

- Mastering several psychological test tools and being able to create training programs (team building).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Communicative, friendly, and negotiation skills.

- Proficient in English is mandatory.

- Accustomed to working with targets and able to work independently.
