Job Description

HR Service & Data acts as a contact point for all Cikal Team in all Sites and Head Office regarding personnel enquiries also supports the administration needed. Organize and maximize the data that we have.


Qualifications

  • Experience in related field 2 years
  • Educational background / Professional certification Bachelor in Social studies/Psychology/Law oriented major
  • Language standard TOEFL of 450


Competencies

  • Sufficient accuracy
  • Good filing management & computer skill
  • Good interpersonal skill


Responsibilities

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Supports HR Team in enforcing Cikal’s value, including in managing HR events
  • Supports projects and task as needed.
  • Supports human resources adminstrations.
  • Manages HR helpdesk microsites and coordinates with other HR Team in fulfilling Cikal Team’s requests or questions.
