Human Resources Services Manager

Responsibilities:

• Do necessary roles for compliance of manpower regulations compliance and coordination with the authority
• Ensure proper HR operations (monitoring employment status : permanent and contract renewal, including documents required)
• Review company regulations and HR policies (personnel movement, business trips, etc.)
• Drive corporate culture, employee relations and engagement
• Act as mediator for any conflicting among members, including between superior and subordinate

Requirements:

• Employee Relation : Strong experience in employee relations and engagement.
• Compliance: Knowledge of labor and employment regulations applicable to the retail industry.
• Policy Review: Ability to review and update company regulations and HR policies.
• HR Operations: strong in HR operations, including monitoring employment status and contract renewals.
• Experience: experience in managerial, or supervise team, preferably in a retail environment.
• Coordination: Experience in coordinating with relevant authorities for compliance matters.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to mediate conflicts effectively.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
