Job Description
Our client is company that prides itself on fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. We are seeking a seasoned HR Director to lead our human resources department and contribute to our continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development and Implementation:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
2. Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing HR team, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development programs.
3. Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with management to handle employee issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
4. Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive and compliant with regulations.
- Analyze market trends to recommend adjustments to salary structures and benefits packages.
5. Talent Management:
- Implement performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and career development.
- Identify high-potential employees and create succession plans to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
6. Compliance and Legal:
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements.
7. Diversity and Inclusion:
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a multicultural and equitable workplace.
- Implement programs that promote a diverse workforce and inclusive company culture.
8. HR Analytics:
- Utilize HR metrics and data analysis to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 20 years of experience in progressively responsible HR roles, with at least 10 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Experience in strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
