The company offers Indonesia borrowers an easily access to credit and a drastically improved loan application experience

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and engage with potential candidates. As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies.
  2. Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  3. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates that match the job requirements.
  4. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
  6. Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  8. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
  9. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new sourcing techniques.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  2. Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role. (Experience in Peer to peer landing is preferred)
  3. Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers, and effectively manage relationships.
  6. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  8. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  9. Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs and priorities.
  10. High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive informationconfidentially.
