About Our Client
My client is a B2B Agrichem distribution company that still has a very family-owned environment

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible in:
  • Managing expectations of stakeholders and branch leaders
  • Arranging and filing HR documentation to ensure highest standard of productivity
  • Creating and implementing new policies and strategies within human resources function
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate must possess:
  • Strong stakeholder ability experiences
  • Minimum 6 years of experiences within human resources function
  • Previous experiences in working with family business, local conglomerate, or local business in general
  • Knowledge in creating Human Resources function from scratch
  • Will be working in Cengkareng, West Jakarta area
