We are founded by the business leaders who worked at Automotive and finance startups, and who worked at Japan, US and Indian unicorn companies.

We are seeking the Human Resources Intern who has strong vision to change the world working with us!

:

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication. You may also help with onboarding new employees, ensuring they have the necessary paperwork completed, and helping them integrate into the company culture.
• HR Projects: Participating in HR-related projects, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee wellness programs, or process improvement projects.
• HR Administration: Assisting with maintaining and updating employee records and databases. This may include inputting data, managing personnel files, and ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data protection policies, providing administrative support to the HR team
• Employee Relations: Participate in employee engagement initiatives and company-wide events.

Qualifications:

• Final Semester or Fresh Graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Tech Savvy and up to date on HR trends
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Throughout your internship, you'll have the opportunity to learn about various HR functions and gain valuable practical experience in a professional work environment.
