Human Resources Lead Jobs

Responsibilities

• Working closely with management to aligning business objectoves with employees and act as a reliable partner on human capital issues
• Handling end to end recruitment process for all level
• Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR Department
• Creating and maintaining a harmonious relationship between the company and employees
• Maintain and controlling all company asset, ATK, uniform, etc
• Assess training needs to apply and monitoring training program
• Create some program or activity to booster employee engagement and satisfaction
• Leading and managing the day to day operation of the HR Department
• Design, develop and review , KPI, SOP and company policies
• Educate and train all employees on organizational behavior, policies and procedures to guarantee that understanding is affirmed
• Create KPI content with all user and reviewing and analyzing the result
• Handle the Admin, Payroll (reviewing the data by the chinese team include BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, PPH21), create some letter

Qualifications

• Excellent command in English, both oral and written
• Understand article no.11 year 2020 (UU Cipta Kerja) and article 13 year 2002 about manpower policy in Indonesia and HR other supported regulation
• Good administrative skills and abilitis to create good requirement documentation
• Strong knowledge on rules and regulations of employment and labour laws
• Good knowledge in HR, especially in HR Policies, Procedures, , SOP and Performance Appraisal
• Good demand communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills
• Good knowledge in recruitment process and have good skill hiring in short time
• Have strong negotiation and leadershipskills
• Have experience in startup and Chinese company
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Experience as HR Generalist / HR Leader min. 3+ years
• Bachelor Degree in Psychology/human resources management/business management
