Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices.
• Have experience in serving Chinese companies in Indonesia.
• Update and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and training.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin
• Attention to detail
• Able to join As Soon As Possible
