Junior Human Resources Specialist

Requirements:

• Good in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel and knowledge of remuneration
• HR background, recruitment, and the same industry is plus point
• Required language: English is a must
• Preferably experienced specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
• Preferably stay in Jakarta Area
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Fiscal Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field

Job Roles:

• Arrange offering and assisting until candidate onboard
• Coordinate the internship hiring program
• Maintaining and reporting monthly and daily database report to client
• Actively hiring through offline Job Fair and Walk in interview
• Analyzing and prepare remuneration for candidate's offering (Understanding BPJS & PPH21)
• Fullfiling Headcount of recruitment based on service level agreement (SLA) and company qualifications
• Monitor internal system for any new recruitment
• Attend update recruitment meeting with user and update the progress report
• Process hiring from posting job vacany in system to hired
• Conduct screening, in depth HR Interview, and arranging User Interview
• Assisting psychological test for Fresh Graduate candidates
