Job Overview : Lead and oversee all aspect of Human Resource & General Affair (HRGA) function. Work closely with management and senior leadership teams to create and maintain an people-first culture, and develop strategies that support the company’s core values, mission and goals.
Job details :
• Define the long and short-term HRGA strategies and policies within the overall business context, in terms of recruitment, organization development, compensation and benefits and industrial relations
• Develop and refine key processes and activities of the HRGA Division
• Actively provide, evaluate and implement strategic HRGA initiatives (recruitment, succession planning, retention, compensation & benefit programs)
• Develop, implement, socialize and enforce HR policies to support business goals
• Provide Industrial Relations strategy and ensures compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements
• Lead overall HRGA Budget process
• Ensure that all facilities head office and operations at the run well
• Assist management in creating strategic decision from HR point of view • Monitoring all industrial employment issues
• Identifies key performance indicators; proactively reviews data to assess trends and successes in areas such as retention, promotions, equity, and compensation
Qualifications :
• Bachelor / Master Degree from Law / Psychology / Human Resource Management and any relevant major
• At least 15 years of experience in HR role with last level in Sr. Managerial level in F&B, Lifestyle and/ retail business
• Proven track record in handling a big transformation project or building an HR Division/Department from scratch
• Strong ability in understanding retail business operations in an HR perspective.
• Strong background in Organizational Development, People Development, Industrial Relations, Talent Management or Change Management
