Overview The Senior Executive Human Resources role is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the Human Resources department. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business objectives of the organization. Detailed Job Description The Senior Executive Human Resources is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business objectives of the organization. This includes developing and executing HR policies, procedures, and programs, as well as providing guidance and support to the HR team. The Senior Executive Human Resources is also responsible for overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees, as well as managing employee relations and performance management. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Knowledge of HR best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Professional Human Resources certification (PHR or SPHR)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Knowledge of HR best practices
• Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
• Knowledge of performance management and employee relations
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
• Experience in managing employee relations and performance management
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business objectives of the organization
• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
• Manage employee relations and performance management
• Develop and execute HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Provide guidance and support to the HR team
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
