Job Description
Senior Manager :
- Berpengalaman di Bidang HR Strategic, berfokus pada pengembangan dan implementasi strategi sumber daya manusia yang terintegrasi dengan tujuan bisnis dan visi perusahaan.
- Terbiasa dengan menyusun kebijakan-kebijakan level holding / head office dari sisi HR untuk panduan seluruh lini bisnis.
- Memahami tentang Organisation Development, menciptakan organisasi yang lebih adaptif, responsif, dan inovatif dalam menghadapi perubahan lingkungan internal dan eksternal.
- Berpengalaman dalam bidang Talent & Acquisition, strategis yang dilakukan untuk menarik, merekrut karyawan yang memiliki keterampilan, kemampuan, dan potensi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan tujuan organisasi.
- Memahami People Development, peningkatan keterampilan, kompetensi, dan potensi individu di dalam organisasi, juga pembelajaran berkelanjutan.
- Memahami Performance Management, proses sistematis untuk mengidentifikasi, mengukur, mengelola, dan meningkatkan kinerja individu, tim, dan organisasi secara keseluruhan.
- Berpengalaman di posisi /level yang sama minimal 5 Tahun
- Overall HR experience lebih dari 8thn
- Penempatan Jakarta, Malang
- Minimal Pendidikan S1 Psikologi, Bisnis, Management, teknik industri
