Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan And Manage People Development
  • Manage Of Subordinates In HR Admin And GA Department
  • Coordinate With Labor Union
  • Handle Talent Management
  • Handle Compensation And Benefits Systems
  • Negotiate With The Government
  • Manage Labor Cost And Department Expenses
  • Manage Labor
  • Handle Industrial Relation Matters Including The Dispute
  • Other Responsibilities As Needed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Law or similar
  • 10 years of experience as HRGA function and 7 years as Managerial position
  • Business English proficiency
  • Excellent skill and knowledge in HRGA system
  • Excellent skill and knowledge in Industrial Relations and People Development
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong personality, persistent, good leadership, hardworking, responsible
  • 5 years in Japanese manufacturing company
