Human Resources Executive Jobs

Bachelor's degree in Psychology/HR Management/similar fields
A minimum 1-2 years of HR experience, fashion/online shop industry preferred (+)
Understanding of online shop business process (+)
Experience in conducting end-to-end recruitment process
In-depth knowledge of creating and implementing job description, SOP, KPI
Understanding of employee data management such as attendance list, employee records, etc
Familiarity with various methods of TNA and training management
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Self-starter, can work both independently and collaboratively as a part of a team
