Human Resources Manager (Junior Level)

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

• As part of the role, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Additionally, you will oversee performance management, contracts, personnel and employee database updates, as well as the implementation of policies and procedures. Furthermore, you will handle industrial relations matters and provide feedback to employees. Another important aspect of your role will involve managing payroll and benefits for the employees, while also focusing on employee engagement and retention strategies.

• Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
• Perfect English is a MUST
• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
