Human Resources Business Manager

Executive recruitment of a Multinational Oil & Gas Component Manufacturer for the role of HRBP Manager. Someone with a strong experience in Managing full HR Spectrum and Industrial Relations and has an international exposure in managing HR related matters will be highly considered.

Indonesia perimeter:

• Managing day-to-day networking and support to the internal clients from Operations and Commercial: Batam and Jakarta
• Functional /matrix reporting line to President Director
• Managing relations with Unions

SEA (South-East Asia) perimeter:

• Managing relations with people, unions, and internal stakeholders
• Managing improvement of standards
• Managing compliance in focus of labour and immigration laws
• Managing talents, learning, and training
• Managing general services including building maintenance
• Managing payroll and budgeting
• Direct reporting to HR Director SEA

Requirement

• Strong exposure in handling full HR Spectrum including people and union relations.
• Min bachelor’s degree, preference to have majors in engineering.
• Proven leadership skills and experienced manager
• Experience in international manufacturing units with 500+ population
• Exceptional analytical skills (convenient working with numbers), highly organized, attention to details, good problem solving and continuous improvement skills, and sport enthusiast.
• Advance exchange in English and convenient working with multi nationals
