Human Resources Officer Jobs

We are looking for a talented and enthusiasticHR Officer (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Process payroll data monthly
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• Assist in performance management processes
• Support disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures
• Register and deregister employees on BPJS (Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan) and update the latest information on the employee database

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Administrator or in a similar role for 1-2 years of experience
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc)
• Indonesian citizen
• Strong ethics and reliability
• Fluent in written and verbal English
• Proficient in Ms. Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
