Job Description
1. Bertanggung jawab mengelola dan mengembangkan sumberdaya manusia
2. Membuat kontrak kerja karyawan serta memperbaharui masa berlaku kontrak karyawan
3. Melakukan proses seleksi dan rekrutmen karyawan
4. Melakukan rekap absensi karyawan
5. Mengelola data BPJS karyawan
6. Melakukan Konseling pada karyawan
7. Menghitung gaji karyawan
8. Bertanggung Jawab atas pengurusan ijin – ijin perusahaan secara umum ( SIUP, TDP, Akte Pendirian/Peurbahan PT)
9. Pembuatan Peraturan Perusahaan
10. Melakukan Rekap Cuti, Ijin dan terlambat karyawan
11. Melakukan PHK pada karyawan (bila diperlukan)
12. Membuat perencanaan agenda training sesuai kebutuhan devisi
13. Pelaksanaan gathering / Outing Karyawan
14. Mengelola database Perusahaan
