Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the execution of performance and talent management processes - meaningful performance evaluation experience and development plan.
  • Supervising the payroll and HR admin process - ensuring its timeliness, cost-effectiveness and quality by means of periodic reviews.
  • Lead and drive HR matters in all areas of the employee life cycle (recruitment, employee relations, performance & talent management, compensation & benefits, performance management, training and development, etc.).
  • Provide professional coaching and suggestions for line managers on talent management to help achieve business targets and improve performance effectiveness of staff.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization - sustain and improve employee commitment and satisfaction, in line with organizational and cultural changes.
  • Ensuring that the compensation and benefits policies in place succeed in attracting, motivating and retaining employees.
  • Managing end-to-end and recruitment process of the hiring needs from across departments.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in psychology, HR, or other related field
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills in recruitment, training and development, coaching, conflict management and performance management
  • 3 years of experience as HR generalist, ideally in a start-up (customer focus and performance based) - with strong background in recruitment field
  • Adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and highly organized
  • Good understanding of Indonesia Labour and Employment Laws
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Prior experience with HRIS system
  • A team-player, strong people, communication, and influencing skills
