Job Overview:

Human Resources Generalist to Support recruitment process.

Responsibilities for Internal Candidates

Experience required - 6 to 15 yrs

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Liase with headhunter to select potential talent and communicate with End User for interview process.
• Sending the offering letter refer to taleo system and contacting potential candidate for negotiation process if needed.Ensure personal data and historical of hiring process has been updated to the taleo system ( include personal data, contract, certification record , MCU record etc )
• Prepare monthly report of hiring progress especially for crafts resources
• Publishing the vacancy to Taleo system or media
• Screening CV and update through the pooling record and prepare the mapping competency of source
• Monitoring the Track Hiring record and follow up the progress Ensure the WFR has been approved to the system, updating the Taleo system, HCM and SAP of manpower mobilization process
• Communication with Welding Engineer related for Crafts Welding Hiring process ( Welding Qualification Test ) and find the solution if any specific issue related with capasity, plan da target completion

Qualifications for Internal Candidates

Essential Qualifications and Education:

• Minimum Diploma graduate and/or possess relevant experience
• Good communication, able to operation computer, can to working in team, able to work under pressure.
