As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced HR & Resourcing Specialist to help drive our vision forward and manage our most important asset – our people.
Position: HR & Resourcing Specialist
Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment efforts, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring that CorrosaLab attracts, hires, and retains the best talent.
- Analyze project pipelines to forecast the total resources needed, ensuring that the company is prepared to meet demand and growth.
- Assist with the formulation and execution of the company's outsourcing strategy, identifying when and where external resources can help CorrosaLab achieve its objectives more efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in hiring and resource management, ensuring that CorrosaLab remains at the forefront of HR best practices. Work closely with department leads and managers to identify resource gaps and propose solutions.
- Balance and allocate resources effectively, ensuring that the right number of team members are aligned to the right projects, maximizing efficiency and output.
- Enhance and maintain the company’s employer brand, ensuring that CorrosaLab is recognized as an employer of choice in the digital agency space.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in business English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid change.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in HR and/or resource management.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Communicate and collaborate with the latest digital tools (e.g., Slack, Google Suite, Notion, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in a digital agency/consulting/services industry or similar environment is an asset.
- Knowledge of HR software and tools, especially those relevant to resource allocation and forecasting.
