Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this generalist role will help implement the HR strategic plan for the property, whilst working with a supportive leadership team.

The Human Resources function prides itself on excellence, service, integrity and accountability. As our Human Resources Manager, you will oversee the daily operation of the Human Resources Department, as well as be responsible for areas of Recruiting, Employee Relations, Training, and Associates Compensation.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you must possess:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Background in Learning & Development would be an added bonus
• Indonesian National
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft applications
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• 3+ years of experience in a HR leadership role in large operation
• Flexibility and ability to adapt fast growing changes in the industry
• Recruitment, training, payroll & tax and Indonesian Social Security System exposure
• Excellent knowledge of Human Resources database and Human Resources Management Systems
