Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. In charge & supervise for HR operational duties include, but not limited to Payroll, Checkroll, Nasfund, Wages Tax & Employee Claims verification processes;
  2. To develop, update/review & overseeing the compliances to the Company policy, Employee Handbook, SOP, administration/monitoring system, and legislations;
  3. In charge & liaise with local authorities/departments to keep an up-to-date information on HR requirements and governmental administrative regulations affecting HR functions and assist to ensure policies, procedures and reporting are aligned as per compliance requirements;
  4. Analyzing employees training & development needs; Plan, develop & coordinate relevant employees training & development programs timely, including to develop ongoing Employee Performance Monitoring & Appraisal system with ultimate objective to retain talents;
  5. Supervise & monitor on pay and remuneration issues; leave passage, sick leave, leave of absence, and welfare assistance to employees;
  6. Supervise & monitor on domestic traveling arrangement, including logistic, air-ticketing & transit accommodation;
  7. To facilitate and coordinate with HQ/Corporate Services for new recruitment and interview on vacant positions;
  8. Overseeing Work Permit & Employment VISA applications (MOU) progress & update for Foreign Employees and/or Associates;
  9. Supervise employee onboarding orientations, including preparation of relevant documentation and new employee briefing;
  10. Supervise for employee finish-pay and sign-off formality and overseeing the preparation of employee warning letter, separation notices and related documentation, and conduct exit interviews to determine compliance to the Company policy;
  11. To ensure the department’s good and systematic filing systems and records; Monitor & update HR database, attendance & E-leave system;
  12. Overseeing HR & Admin support team’s routine functioning in Jayapura;
  13. Supervise for Employment Visa endorsement (Jakarta/Jayapura) and Indonesian registration of e-KTKLN and BPJS coordination and arrangement;
  14. Monitor and verify/approve for office admin inventory, petty cash and monthly purchase reports;
  15. Verify office admin purchases & invoices for payment, Store Issue Note (SIN) and food ration reports;
  16. Supervise and arrange to engage timely Plantations Estates visit regularly or at lease once a month;
  17. To arrange & coordinate inter-departmentally/inter-divisionally for CSR & Project Awareness Programs;
  18. Timely compile & prepare for HR Management Monthly Reports;
  19. Timely compile & prepare consolidation of Employees Annual Performance Appraisal;
  20. Timely prepare & monitor annual budget allocation for HR & Admin operations;
  21. To timely facilitate and support superior in drafting and implementing progressive Corporate Governance Strategies/Initiatives for sustainable manpower development and career advancement programs;
  22. Any other assigned role & responsibility as of and when required by superior;


Qualifications

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Legal Studies, Business Administration or equivalent;
  2. At least 10 year(s) of working experience in relevant field/environment for this position;
  3. Good knowledge of Human Resource, Administration and Legal;
  4. Consultative/Influence/Good Presentation skills;
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Good human resource management skills;
  6. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, integrity, self-motivated with high degree of commitment and time pressure to meet deadlines and objectives;
  7. Ability to work independently under minimal supervision;
  8. Medically and physically fit to work (through medical assessment checkup);
