General Manager Human Resources

Our client is a Mining Company looking for a General Manager of Human Resources.

Requirement:

• Good communication in English
• Minimum 8 years of experience in HRGA and minimum 3 years as GM HRGA position
• Subordinate team : HR Manager, GA Suptend, Payroll Suptend, HRIS Staff
• Background coal mining and or palm plantation
• Location of Placement: Samarinda
• Direct report to HRGA Director
• Minimum Bachelor degree
• Competent in HRGA strategy

• Prepare period reports for upper management
• Evaluate and improve operational and performance employee
• Ensuring employee work productivity and develops professionally
• Provide solution to employee issues
• Oversee recruitment and training
• Directing the employee appraisal process
• Responsible to handle various risk related with HRGA and environment, coordinate with other department head
• Implement human resources and GA Strategies by and stabilising department accountabilities including talent management, staffing, employement processing, compensation & benefit, record management, succession planning, employee relation and retention and labour relation
• Establish policies and process HRGA
• Oversee daily HRGA Operation
• Support management by providing human resources and GA advice, counselling, analyse information for decision making process
• Ensure staff follow health and safety regulation
• Complies government requirements, anticipating legislation, advising management and need actions
• Maintain budget and optimize expense HRGA
