Human Resources Business Partner

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The position may represent the company by delegation of authority before the people, labor trade unions, and government.

:

- Supporting team in legal matter in particular of labor topics.

- Ensure the compliance of all activities related to labor laws, regulations and procedures.

- Being the focal points in annual reports, audits of non-quality, mobility including visas, labor agreement, reports to authorities.

- Interface and collaborate with internal clients (Operations, Commercial, Finance, Sourcing, IT)

- Ensure harmonious relationship between the company and the employees as the focus, and between companies and labor related organizations and entities including government officials, and communities.

- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs

- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in law

- Experience in international manufacturing units with 500+ population, At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Good understanding and comprehension on labor law & regulation is a must.

- Have good experience in handle labor cases.

- Preferred have experience in Industrial relation / HR.

- Good verbal and written English communication skills.

- Have good negotiation skills.

- Good in interpersonal communication skill.

- Computer literate and proficient at using Microsoft Office.
