Human Resources Business Partner

Job Accountability :

• Prepare a draft of the Annual Training Plan, both technical/non-technical based on identification of training in the competency requirements in the
• Prepare and create a draft Management/Officer Trainee program & Man Power Plan (MPP) form to be submitted to the Head of Business Unit and HR Director for further review and approval
• Drafting the Individual Development Program (IDP) & Checking the competency status of employees whether they are fit for their position in the database/skill inventory list
• Prepare draft s, Competency Matrix and Training Matrix for each technical/non-technical position as well as Career Paths
• Follow up and discuss with the Head of the Business Unit regarding the results of the employee performance appraisal along with input during the face-to-face sessions with employees and superiors and then make a final report and submit it to the Training
• Provide input in the preparation/change of the organizational structure to the Head of the Business Unit to then follow up in the Organizational Structure form approval process

• Accustomed to working together and being a partner of the Strategic Function Unit (Specially IT & Finance)
• Initiative, Good in analytical & Conceptual Thinking, Direct & have an achievement orientation
• Min Bachelor Degree, Master Degree of Psychology, Law, industry , management with min GPA 3.00
• Min 5 years experience in the same industry / in level Assitant Manager & Manager
