Overview A Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) is a professional who works with organizations to develop and implement strategies that support the organization’s human capital needs. The HCBP is responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance to the organization’s leadership team on all aspects of human capital management, including recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. Detailed Job Description The Human Capital Business Partner is responsible for developing and executing human capital strategies that support the organization’s business objectives. This includes developing and implementing recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, and employee relations strategies. The HCBP will also be responsible for providing guidance and advice to the organization’s leadership team on all aspects of human capital management. The HCBP will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, compensation consultants, and benefits providers. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in human capital management
• Professional certification in human resources (e.g. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of human capital management principles and practices
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Knowledge of recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, and employee relations strategies
• Knowledge of data analysis and decision-making techniques
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in human capital management
• Experience in developing and implementing human capital strategies
• Experience in managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks
• Experience in working with external partners
Job Responsibilities
