About the Company:


Our client is a local conglomerate multi finance company with more than 24 years of experience in financing services in Indonesia. They are currently looking for experience Human Capital Business Partner who has strong experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Reward Management.



  • Partner with Business Leaders on human capital topics, including performance management, employee engagement, reward management, and employee relations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of human capital professionals.
  • Develop and implement talent management programs, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Partner with senior executives to understand business objectives and design human capital strategies that support them.
  • Conduct needs analysis and assess the effectiveness of HR programs and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Provide consultancy services to clients on human capital strategies, including change management, organizational design, and talent management.
  • Develop organizational design activities to build capabilities, increase organizational effectiveness, enhance speed and agility, or to better deliver against business's growth objectives.
Key Requirements


  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in a consultancy role. Someone from Hay / Mercer / Tower+Watson is highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, performance management, reward management, and talent management, or related field.
