A rapidly expanding Shipping Company in Jakarta is looking for a Human Capital Assistant Manager to be part of their team. You will be a key part of helping the organization grow and develop.
Responsibilities
·Preparing reports on employment data, including recruiting statistics and turnover rates
·Conducting training seminars for employees about company policies, procedures, and best practices for their positions
·Providing administrative support to managers by scheduling meetings, arranging conference calls, and taking notes during meetings
·Managing employee records and benefits, including payroll, health insurance, and retirement plans
·Preparing job descriptions, posting openings, and interviewing candidates for positions within the company
·Assist with the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures
·Manage employee records, including but not limited to job descriptions, performance reviews, compensation and benefits data, and training and development programs
·Oversee the recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting interviews and extending job offers
·Onboard new hires, ensuring they receive the necessary information and training to be successful in their role
·Plan and coordinate employee events, such as company picnics and holiday parties administer payroll and benefits, and process invoices for payment
·Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, such as monthly or quarterly headcounts
·Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding questions about human resources policies, procedures, and benefits
·Maintain confidentiality of all human resources-related information
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Law or Psychology
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
Requirements and skills
- Having experience in Training & Talent Management
- Strong communications skills
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
- Have a good analytical thinking
- Excellent organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of labour laws
- Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
