Human Capital Development Specialist must be a self-motivated and capable of working independently and works well in groups. As the company's support person, the ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, and company policy and procedure adherence, and people development. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers to help them with their human resource needs.
Duties/Responsibilities
Human Capital Development Specialist is expected to master these:
- Review employee candidates, and interview with the assignee.
- Preparing employee benefits such as payroll, reimbursement, BPJS administrations, etc.
- Coordinates and assigns mandatory training/classes across the organization.
- Manage office needs and performs other duties as assigned.
- Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination process
- Organizing Asset Buying.
Required Skills/Abilites:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
- Excellent interpersonal and teaching skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Qualifications:
- Able to work on-site in West Jakarta, Indonesia.
- Located in West Jakarta and near the area
- Operates with a high degree of accuracy with strong attention to detail
- Minimum 1-year experience in a related field (preferred). Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Have excellent time management skills and able to work multitasking with a tight deadline
- Excellent and professional command of the English language in a written and verbal capacity
- Strong computer skills, not limited to Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources/Psychology/Management or any related area with minimum GPA 3.00.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capable and confident in conducting interviews.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills. Possess excellent communication, assertive, and proactive.
