Conduct human capital compensation benefit process for all employees.

Have 1 year working experience in HR/HC area

Provide support in Man Power Planning calculation and analysis from WLA, competency assessment and performance results

Developed promotion letter based on BOD promotion meeting

Digital savvy and Having a good communication skills

Video Editing (editing videos in purpose to be used for employee engagement programs' announcement and publication)

Graphic design (make designs for contents, employee programs' publication)

Maintain Social Media (managing social media accounts)

Support in many employee engagement events (offline and online events)

Active students with minimum 5th semester in any University.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources Management or any related area with minimum GPA 3.00.

Have excellent time management skills and able to work multitasking with a tight deadline

Preparing employee benefits such as payroll, reimbursement, BPJS administrations, etc.

Manage office needs and performs other duties as assigned.

Bertanggung jawab atas aktivitas berikut:

Mencari calon pasangan usaha/nasabah potensial;

Melakukan analisa kelayakan usaha bagi calon pasangan usaha/nasabah potensial;

Melakukan due diligence dan mengusulkan proposal investasi kepada calon pasangan usaha/nasabah potensial; dan

Melakukan monitoring dan penagihan terhadap pasangan usaha/nasabah.

Minimal pendidikan S1, diutamakan jurusan Ekonomi/Akuntansi;

Minimal 5 years of working in the same position (OD, Training & Development, and HRBP) with managerial experience.

Bachelor’s degree in a related major such as psychology, human resource management, or equivalent.

Industry background: manufacturing in pharma or medical equipment, or manufacturing company with a similar product.

Someone who has a permanent home or living in Bekasi or Cikarang area, will be best for this position.
