Human Capital Development Intern must be a self-motivated and capable of working independently and works well in groups. As the company's support person, the ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, and company policy and procedure adherence, and people development. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers to help them with their human resource needs.
Duties/Responsibilities
Human Capital Development Intern is expected to master these:
- Coordinates and assigns mandatory training/classes across the organization.
- Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination process
- Preparing employee benefits such as payroll, reimbursement, BPJS administrations, etc.
- Review employee candidates, and interview with the assignee.
- Manage office needs and performs other duties as assigned.
- Organizing Asset Buying.
Required Skills/Abilites:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and teaching skills.
Qualifications:
- Have excellent time management skills and able to work multitasking with a tight deadline
- Have a deep knowledge about local labor regulation, payroll, etc.
- Located in West Jakarta and near the area
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, also high eager to learn in FnB Industry.
- Strong computer skills, not limited to Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills. Possess excellent communication, assertive, and proactive.
- Able to work on-site in West Jakarta, Indonesia.
- Capable and confident in conducting interviews.
- Excellent and professional command of the English language in a written and verbal capacity
- Operates with a high degree of accuracy with strong attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources Management or any related area with minimum GPA 3.00.
