Human Capital Management Section Head

Sekolah Citra Kasih - Sekolah Citra Berkat - Sekolah Ciputra Kasih are subordinates of Ciputra Group in the education field that put a premium on entrepreneurship for students from kindergarten to senior high school. Right now, we're looking for a great talent to join our team as a Section Head of Human Capital Management Department in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with Indonesia’s employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices
• Developed employee development programs including training, coaching, mentoring or others development activities
• Provide support and guidance to all of the human capital staff, management, and other employees when new, complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise.
• Leading and developing performance management process to achieve business goals and results in the creation of internal top talent
• Lead and work collaboratively with the HR team in all school to create, develop, and implement programs that support employee development, human resources administration, onboarding programs, company policies, HR initiatives & system, and others
• Provide counseling to managers or employees regarding development initiatives, career progression, policies, and procedures

Qualifications

• Possessed a strong leadership, communication, planning, problem solving, decision making, and interpersonal skill
• At least have 5 years of Human Resources Management experience
• High agility to work under dynamic situations to initiate continuous improvement
• Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management are preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience and have a strong HR foundations on recruiting, training & development, talent management, payroll/benefits, and compliance management (Indonesia's employment law)
