Key Responsibilities

Include the following, but are not limited to:

• Formulate and oversee implementation of strategic and tactical investment strategies
• Idea generation integrating a rigorous bottom-up approach with top-down macro views.
• To develop model portfolio construction and strategies, securities selection and risk analysis with target to achieve better performance against benchmark and competitive performance versus peers.
• Articulate a clear investment process, prepare necessary documents and present investment recommendation
• To develop and make regular review of company investment policy to ensure the investment process is prudent and in accordance with applicable regulation.
• Organize regular investment reports and reviews, including quantitative and qualitative portfolio analyses
• Manage and develop teams of investment management professionals providing leadership and oversight of all areas of the investment process

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Demonstrate ability to understand the principles of fundamental analysis in an intuitive way and relevant factors driving economic development and growth.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience working as an Equity/Fixed Income/Credit Analyst and/or Portfolio Manager.
• Minimum passed CFA Level II preferable
• Bachelor degree in finance, economics, business, statistics, mathematics or relevant related fields;
• Solid understanding in Equities/Fixed Income asset classes, market dynamics and portfolio construction process
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required. Bloomberg experience preferred.
