Head Of Procurement Jobs

We are a growing enabler technology company in Fleet Telematics and Supply Chain industry, our Head Office located in Jakarta, currently looking for a Head of Procurement, who will be responsible for procurement, vendor management, and inventory control.

Head of Procurement

1.Analyze, search & determine goods / services that meet the needs of the company (procurement & management)

2.Know the structure of goods, and / or service costs, production and costs that accompany a procurement

3.Search, determine & negotiate contracts with vendors (contract management)

4.Monitor, analyze and maintain company-level stock conditions

5.Establish, manage & maintain cooperative relationships with vendors (vendor management)

6.Stay up to date with industry trends

Qualification:

1.A bachelor’s degree in engineering / science / management

2.Indonesian Citizen

3.Proven work experience as a Procurement in Managerial Level for at least 3 years

4.Understand procurement strategy and retail patterns in a company

5.Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies

6.Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

7.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

8.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing and resource planning systems

9.Active in Mandarin & English
