Job Description

:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment.
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Identify new market opportunities, target industries, and segments to expand the B2B customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align B2B strategies with overall company goals.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Communicate the B2B division's goals, strategies, and performance to senior management.
  • Proactively seek out and evaluate new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing B2B sales team.


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Willing to go on business trip.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record 7+ years in B2B.Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading sales teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of using data to drive decisions.
