Head of Social Media at JVS Group

Responsibilities:

• Support the brand team in maximizing brand impact through positive and engaging creative content, including content format and curation.
• Develop and implement social media communication strategies and plans.
• Manage advertising budgets (RAB ads) and provide strong justifications for Boost Post initiatives.
• Harness social media communication to generate maximum positive customer feedback/sentiments through active responses.
• Extract actionable insights from numerical data and present them effectively in reports.
• Direct and collaborate with social media teams and KOL agencies for creative needs and placements.
• Lead and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to ensure effective and efficient engagement.
• Oversee the creation of social media content pillars, with a focus on Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter if needed.
• Lead and direct the communication of all products, features, and campaigns across social media platforms.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and emerging trends.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple platforms, campaigns, and projects simultaneously.
• Leadership skills to guide a team and collaborate with KOLs and external agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies that align with brand objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in social media management, with a focus on brand building and engagement.
• Prior experience in managing social media advertising budgets and boosting post campaigns.
• Proficiency in utilizing social media analytics tools to extract insights and drive data-based decisions.
• Familiarity with the vape industry and related regulations is a plus.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual and written content, capable of driving positive sentiment.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment is preferred.
