Our client is a renewable energy startup based in Jakarta, focusing on solar panel installation. In the spirit of expanding their business, they are hiring Head of BD to be based in Jakarta and East Java.

Job Requirements:

• Education background in engineering is preferred.
• 8 - 10 years working in the sales area at B2B companies – used to facing longer sales cycles – ideally not from companies with shorter sales cycles
• Strong team management andproblem solving skills (ability to handle various client complications)
• Experience in commercial property sales, hotel management, retail leasing, industrial, and energy would be preferable.
• Having excellent process management and cross-departmental collaboration skills
• Strong communication and client engagement skills with broad personal network (especially in manufacturing/retail)

:

• The Head of BD will be leading a team of BD managers, and assisting the team in acquiring new clients and handling the end to end sales cycle, as well as handling clients consultation.
