Bd & Sales Admin Staff

PT Petrolog Indah, one of the foremost oil & gas supporting companies in Indonesia and is currently transforming itself toward more sustainable and green business, is looking for potential talent to be part of our growth as Business Development & Sales Administration Staff.

Responsibilities

1. Act as custodian for BD & Sales documents, e.g. documents for tender, HSE Plan, CSMS, Quality Management, etc., both softcopy and hardcopy.
2. Monitoring the validity of certification, license, business permit, etc. as well as managing the renew.
3. Managing and ensuring the company documents in client's tender process (e.g. CIVD) is always renewed and fulfill the tender qualification at any given time.
4. Coordinating procurement process specifically for projects and sales.

Qualifications

1. A minimum of 5 (five) years of experience as BD & Sales administrator, much preferably in industry related to oil and gas
2. Highly meticulous with attention to details
3. Able to switch focus and switch priority anytime required, e.g. during sudden and unexpected tender happening
4. Having high initiative and able to work effectively with minimum supervision
5. Having good communication skill and good interpersonal skill
