Assortment Ops Leader Jobs

Responsibilities:

1. Category planning: focus on market trends and competitive environment, and develop medium and long-term category planning (Target Population/user demand/Product Positioning/price strategy/) from the demand side, responsible for category sales growth and P & L;

2. Product operation: create popular products, and complete product definition, shelving, GTM, and user satisfaction management based on user insights;

3. Product Lifecycle Management: Formulate reasonable product lifecycle management strategies, complete product iteration and replacement in a timely manner, and maintain product competitiveness;

4. Commodity purchase, inventory, and sales management: reasonably formulate commodity sales plans (in liase with buyers), reasonably predict commodity sales, and cooperate with suppliers and buyer teams to improve the turnover efficiency of category commodities;

5. Campaign operation and planning: responsible for formulating categories and commodity marketing calendars, and promoting implementation.

Requirement:

1. More than 3 years working experience in ecommerce merchandising and operations, experience in self-operated retail industry or supermarket category operation is preferred;

2. Have the ability of business thinking, data analysis, trans-department collaboration and project management;

3. Have user thinking and be good at exploring user needs;
