Field Operator - Pressure Pumping

As a Field Operator - Pressure Pumping, you will support the Pressure Pumping division. You will be working on a variety of complex projects. In-line with Cementing Recovery plan, to cover cementing Job Audits & flawless service delivery.

• Perform maintenance/repair of all assigned equipment.
• Maintain and record accurate calibration records for all relevant equipment and flow meters etc.
• Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• Provide Supervisor with accurate usage of all treatments, up to date chemical inventories, load-out and back-load.
• Under the direction of a supervisor, performs a number of tasks associated with the operation, using various tools/equipment. Assists in the training/supervision of operators. Performs administrative duties Operate equipment primarily in the control room for the stimulation materials blending process.
• Responsible for shutting down the pumps to avoid an over pressure situation. Ensure trips are set to correct parameters and tested.
• Train other personnel under their direction in safe usage and operation of equipment.
• To operate troubleshooting Rosemount transmitters, Micro Motion meters, high & low pressure densimeters, as well as electrical systems
• Keep up-to-date with all required products (chemical, etc.) information.
• Ensure full awareness of, and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant company/ customer HSE handbooks, HSE procedures and emergency procedures.
• Inform Supervisor of all maintenance requirements.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Has experience running Nitrogen Pumps.
• Show mechanical ability and aptitude.
• Have at least 5 years of experience preferable Pressure Pumping experience (land & offshore)
• Hold a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Be able to work at remote land and/or offshore locations and/or on a mobile vessel.
• Has experience running sand control and acidizing equipment of increasing complexity in the Pressure Pumping Group.
