Field Training Supervisor Jobs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align training initiatives with overall company goals and strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, market developments, and changes in healthcare regulations to keep the training content current and relevant.
• Assist in the onboarding process of new sales team members, ensuring a smooth transition and accelerated productivity.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to sales representatives, focusing on individual skill development, performance improvement, and addressing specific challenges.
• Create comprehensive and engaging training programs for field sales representatives, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, industry trends, and customer engagement strategies.
• Work closely with the sales management team to identify gaps in the sales process and develop targeted training solutions to address these gaps.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions for sales representatives, regional sales managers, and other field-based staff. These sessions may include onboarding training, continuous education, and skills enhancement workshops.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop sales tools, training materials, and resources that enhance the sales process and facilitate better customer interactions.
• Regularly assess the performance of sales representatives through observations, role-plays, and assessments to identify areas for improvement and tailor training accordingly.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to effectively teach, coach, and mentor sales representatives to improve their performance and achieve sales targets.
• Healthcare Industry Experience: Substantial experience (e.g., 2 years) working in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of healthcare products, services, and the sales process.
• Confident and engaging presentation skills in English, both in person and virtually.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong team collaboration skills, working closely with different departments to align training initiatives with broader company objectives.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering effective sales training programs, preferably in a field sales environment. Familiarity with various sales methodologies (e.g., consultative selling, solution selling) is highly beneficial.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field. Additional certifications in sales training or learning methodologies are a plus.
• Willingness to travel to various sales locations for training sessions and sales team support.
• A data-driven approach to assess sales performance, identify trends, and implement targeted training solutions.
