We are looking for a Boutique Supervisor will be based in Jakarta for the following requirements and responsibilities:

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as Supervisor / Coordinator for a Sales Team
• Dress neatly
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree with a GPA of 3.0 minimum
• Must be fluent in English verbal and written

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibility:Responsible for managing retail staff within a business. Sets up displays and assists customers and staff during business hours.

• Report on buying trends, market analysis, customer needs, profits, etc.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Propose innovative ideas to increase store traffic, optimize profitability, and higher turnover.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff.
• In charge of the general operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and meets the company’s or Brand’s high standards.
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
