Overview A Training Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the training and development of employees within an organization. They are responsible for creating and implementing training programs, evaluating employee performance, and providing feedback and guidance to employees. Detailed Job Description The Training Supervisor is responsible for developing and implementing training programs for employees in order to ensure that they are knowledgeable and skilled in their job duties. They must create and maintain training materials, evaluate employee performance, and provide feedback and guidance to employees. The Training Supervisor is also responsible for monitoring employee progress and providing coaching and mentoring to ensure that employees are meeting their goals. Job Skill Requirements
