Training & People Culture Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Understanding of key techniques - TNA, evaluation, transfer of learning (putting learning in to practice in the workplace)
• An understanding of technology and its role in Training delivery - from e-learning to training administration systems, being computer literate
• Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials
• Manage and create Social Media Content and Develop content visuals using basic design tools such as Canva (and photoshop is a plus) if deemed to be needed
• Promote a culture and other value in the People and Culture function as well as other departments, ensuring professionalism and accountability in delivering services to staff, leaders and partners
• Assist in building a learning & development curriculum based on the needs identified for new/existing capabilities
• Responsible for the development of training programs aimed at aligning employee performance with organizational goals
• Develop and execute programs and employee event

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or related field
• At least 2 years of working experience in the same position
• Superb analytical and time-management skills
• Have a strong attention to detail, creative and good presentation skill
• Has good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Placement in Bali
