About The Role

In this role, you will:

• To coordinate with Site Training Coordinator to achieve HSE training performance
• To manage & supervise specialist training HSE to conduct training on site as per Position Requirement Matrix & Training Matrix
• To Manage HSE Certification competency of employee
• To coordinate with external training Provider and Certification Institution
• To manage training equipment & conduct HSE Training
• To manage and provide SHE skills and allied training for TCI personnel in order to increase the safety performance, productivity, capability and proficiency of Thiess personnel.

About you

• Minimum of 3 years experiences in HSE Training or HSE Supervisory experience required
• Has Minimum POP Certificate & POM Certificate preferable
• OHS Degree or Technical Degree
• Minimum 3 years industrial experience in Mining industries
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training.
