Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Denpasar for a Recruitment Supervisor. The Recruitment Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating with managers to determine hiring needs, creating job descriptions, recruiting and interviewing candidates, managing employee relations, and overseeing the HR team. The Recruitment Supervisor will also be responsible for communicating with employees and establishing team goals.


Job Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain candidate database of pre-qualified candidates to meet current and anticipated business needs
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System to manage searches and the recruiting process - Entering/Updating requisitions and resumes; Sourcing, Profiling, and Matching Candidates; Tracking and updating candidate dispositions; Maintaining integrity of data; prepare recruiting related reports
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers providing support to meet hiring goals. Be an effective business partner who quickly understands the business goals, hiring needs, and position requirements
  • Proactively source candidates through active networking, resume database searching, internet mining, social media, professional associations, cold calling, placing advertisements, and creative sourcing methods
  • Coordinate and provide timely feedback to all candidates that supports a positive candidate experience
  • Coordinate Hiring Manager debrief sessions and the selection/offer process
  • Evaluate each candidate’s experience and skill set for abilities and qualifications for each position
  • Ensure compliance in the Recruiting/Hiring process with laws and regulations
  • Interface directly with company management to ensure recruiting needs are fulfilled and communicate progress on recruiting goals and objectives


Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated prioritization and organization skills, with ability to effectively meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines - experience carrying a requisition load of pre-openings required
  • Experience in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding
  • Experience in the F & B and hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2+ years leadership/supervisory/management experience
  • Strong knowledge of human resources laws and regulations
  • Understanding of behavioral interviewing techniques
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
