About The Role

In this role, you will:

• Provide mechanical trade and system training for TCI personnel in order to increase on the job knowledge, productivity capability and to ensure that TCI training requirements of tradesman personnel is delivered as required by the business.
• Conduct test and examinations for personnel/Trade Person Mechanic
• Actively involved in maintain and monitor of training equipment used for training activities and provide report to superiors when non-compliance found. Provide report and feedback of training activities to site supervision and TCI Training & development supervisors in order to keep the alignment systems between training & development and sites. Provide accurate report based on training report participants data to T&D Admin training in order to assist in database improvement. Provide result of training to site superintendent, site training coordinator and TCI training & development Supervisors and Managers.
• Provide training to TCI employees & apprentices in all aspects of mechanical in order to increase productivity, maintenance and improve personnel's capability. Including delivery effective theorical & practical training in accordance with TCI standard. Assist in design of training material which is relevant to used competency standards.
• Ensure all attained competencies are recorded in both hard and soft copy
• Conduct assessment activities in accordance with TCI standard and relevant Australian Competency Standard.
• Provide training to TCI employees & sub-contractors in all aspects (Program) Develop the Skills proficiency of workplace trainers and assessors

About you

• Heavy earth moving equipment technical code including truck and/or excavator/dozer/grader/wheel loader etc.
• Superior communication skill written & verbal, present arguments, facts, and instruction in a clear, fluent and convincing manner.
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training
• Willingness to be hired as local worker in Batam
• Preparedness to share knowledge
• Teamwork - work effective with others and relates to colleagues and trainees
• Minimum of 7 years' experience within mining industry as heavy equipment tradesman Mechanic
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Ability to cope with additional responsibilities High Standard of personal conduct
